•Description The Senior HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for:

Managing HVAC maintenance and repairs for 2 million square feet ofcommercial real estate across Northern MA Performing inspections,repairs, and scheduled maintenance for all types of HVAC units andequipment, including chiller plants, heat pumps, and cooling towersEnsuring all systems operate at peak efficiency by troubleshootingdistribution systems for velocity, volume, temperature, andpressure Overseeing HVAC code-required compliance testing andmaintain comprehensive records for inspection and safety standardsManaging third-party service providers, ensuring adherence totimelines and quality standards Participating in a 24/7 on-callrotation every six weeks Collaborating with the ConstructionManagement division on new projects and renovations, includingsystem commissioning and as-built organization Assisting intraining other technicians and staff in preventative maintenancebest practices Profile The successful Senior HVAC Mechanic willhave: Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (stableemployment history strongly preferred)

Technical Expertise:

Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, energymanagement systems, and mechanical equipment

Licenses &Certifications:

MA Refrigeration License (Required), OSHA 10 or 30(Preferred), Honeywell Control System experience (Preferred) Strongteam orientation, problem-solving abilities, and excellentcommunication skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50pounds and safely use ladders
