Sheet Metal Install Apprentice HM Green Solutions Southborough, MA 01772 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Install Apprentice for our small HVAC commercial company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, as well as proficiency in reading schematics and working with various tools and equipment. This role involves installing ductwork and HVAC systems in commercial projects. The candidate will work under the direction of experienced licensed master sheet metal technician as a team and also independently. Duties Install and repair HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Installer or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems. Proficient in reading schematics and technical documentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
