Job Summary:

We’re hiring an entry-level HVAC technician to assist with residential and light commercial service calls. This is a field-based position ideal for someone who’s newly certified and ready to grow. You’ll support experienced techs while developing your skills, professionalism, and confidence in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians on service, maintenance, and installation calls Perform basic tasks like filter changes, coil cleaning, and system checks Learn diagnostic and repair procedures in the field Submit timecards with proper job documentation Maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles Communicate courteously with customers and represent the Zion Mechanical brand

Qualifications:

Recent graduate of an HVAC trade program or certification course EPA 608 Certification Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Dependable and eager to learn Strong attention to detail and safety Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
