  We are a multi-state and multi-industry integrator of building automation systems and commercial construction services now seeking a skilled Temperature Controls-BAS Field Engineer/Tech to join our Springfield team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install and configure HVAC systems and building automation solutions.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of temperature control systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system operations.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications.
Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC installation and building automation systems (3+ years).
Strong understanding of temperature controls and related technologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Relevant certifications in HVAC or building automation systems are a plus.
