Location:

Based between Joplin, and Seneca MO — Serving Southwest Missouri, Southeast Kansas, Northwest Arkansas, and parts of Northeast Oklahoma (Oklahoma applicants must hold a valid OK HVAC license)

Position Type:

Part-time to Full-time (20-40+ hours/week depending on job availability) W2 Position No benefits currently offered, but pay is above average to offset this

Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems including: Central ducted systems Package units Gas furnaces Heat pumps Single- and multi-zone mini splits Solid working knowledge required for installation and service of: Goodman Amana Daikin MRCOOL (including DIY, Universal, and VersaPro systems) Diagnose system issues and perform repairs to ensure optimal performance Read and follow schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer documentation Ensure all work meets code, customer expectations, and manufacturer standards Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines Travel to job sites in company-provided vehicle

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficient in residential and light commercial HVAC Must have strong hands-on experience installing and servicing Goodman, Amana, Daikin, and MRCOOL products Valid HVAC license (OK license required for NE Oklahoma jobs) EPA 608 Certification Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to troubleshoot independently and work efficiently Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills Ready to Apply?
