We are looking for HVAC Install Technicians who can assist in performing HVAC installations. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, and adaptable. This position offers great opportunity for advancement and a generous wage. This is NOT a seasonal position; this is a full-time year-round position.
Summary :
The Install Technician is responsible for assisting the lead installer in all installations of Heating and Cooling products and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and abide to all company, city, state, and county code requirements while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in installation of new Heating and Air Conditioning systems and related accessories according to company, safety, and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Maintains the highest level of customer service while performing installation and other job duties
- Maintains the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions
- Ensure material inventory and maintenance for vehicles is completed to company requirements
- Promotes additional accessories and items available to each customer
- Obtains and processes all required permitting based on company, city, state, and county code requirements.
- Ensures complete protection of customer’s property during installation or service of product
- Removes all old equipment from customer’s home and cleans up all areas utilized for the new installation
- Performs other duties as assigned Supports and encourages the fostering of ethical and positive working relationships with all customers and employees of Chill Brothers Reports to work on time each workday and works the necessary hours each day to complete all scheduled and emergency type installation work.
Dresses in an appropriate manner accorded to this position with uniforms provided by Chill Brothers Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles.: Preference to hold and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
This position requires a minimum of six (6) months experience as an Install Helper for a residential HVAC contractor. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, time management skills, and organizational skills. The desire to work some evenings, holidays, and weekends.
