As an HVAC lead mechanic you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As a lead mechanic we are looking for someone that is able to manage a small team of guys and able to multitask between more than one project.
Duties:
- Perform installation of HVAC systems
- Repair, remove, or replace parts in HVAC systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on larger projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience as an HVAC lead technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Familiarity with HVAC design and installation techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work out of town when necessary Principals only.
