Job Description
Need Experience with new construction installation of forced air heating, air conditioning, ductless mini split, and heat pump systemsEPA Universal/type II Certification is required or will have to obtain within 6 monthsNATE Certification in the HVAC industry is a bonusValid driver’s license with safe driving recordNo criminal recordClean and neat appearance with good customer service skills and a great work ethicExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers and coworkers, Bilingual is a plusSuper organization skillsProblem solving skillsWilling to work overtime, as neededRegular job duties include full installations/new construction or system replacementsJob also includes basic systems like air handlers, furnace, coils, outdoor units, gas packs, humidifier, UV lights, and air cleaners.
While working on installations you will also do light construction work in order to install the unit such as fabricate small duct work, electrical wiring, drilling, etc.
Must be able to carry out instructions with little to no supervisionAbility to operate power and hand tools safely
