The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, property maintenance, and field service. This role involves repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices related to HVAC/R technologies. Work in a high paced, service oriented environment where our customers comes 1st Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of property maintenance or mechanical services. Minimum of 3 years experience desired Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, plumbing, boiling systems, and refrigeration. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites. Relevant certifications in HVAC/R are preferred but not mandatory.
