Currently hiring for anHVAC Controls Technician in the Charlotte market to install,program, and service, digital control systems while maintainingquality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

Commission controls installation and verifies that controlsequences meet specifications. Complete commissioning reports asproof of controls verification. Document installations for”as-built” control drawings. Organize and demonstrate required BASproject sequences to meet commissioning agents’ requirements.

Represent the company by serving as direct customer contact.

Coordinate electrical and other sub-contractors to ensure properproject completion. Implement controls sequences, programs, andgraphics for new installations. Implement databases, programs, andgraphics for new construction and retrofit projects. Confirmimplementation meets project specifications

MUST HAVE

2 years ofBAS/BMS or DDC Controls experienceMaintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems Familiarity with oneor more of the following platforms: Distech, Niagara Siemens,Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls,Trane, or

ALC NICE TO HAVE
