Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Residential field experience CFC, EPA and NATEcertified preferred Valid driver’s license Clean neat appearance,positive attitude and demeanor Ability to adapt, be flexible andthrive in a fast paced environment Efficiency in working with sheetmetal and duct-work Vocational school degree or equivalentexperience

Responsibilities:

Complete quality HVAC installationjobs on or below budgeted labor hours Educate clients on equipmentor systems operation, available programs and ensure complete clientsatisfaction Follow company procedures to improve sales andinstallation in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness on alljobsites, company vehicles and any assigned areas Assist warehouseperson as requested with pulling jobs and parts Own the necessarytools and/or equipment required to complete installations Maintaina valid driver’s license and be insurable by company insurancecarrier Process and complete all paperwork on a daily basis Besafety conscience on the jobsite, in the company vehicles and inthe warehouse Obtain CFC, EPA, NATE and safety certifications
