Charlotte NCFulltime Benefits include. We are currently seeking an experiencedCommercial HVAC Service Technician III to join our fast-growingCharlotte Temperature Controls Team. The ideal candidate will havea can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as anactive EPA Certification. Job Responsibilities Diagnose causes ofproblems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems,refrigeration systems, and food service equipment, for the purposeof identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacementneeds with no mistakes/callbacks Perform maintenance and servicerepairs, install new units, or replace parts of existing unitsaccording to specifications of 15 tons Maintain larger PM contractswith more than 5 units Repair or replace defective parts in unitsand equipment and their controls Service and troubleshootingmini-splits and/or replacing smaller RTU’s and mini-splits for 15tons or less Service, troubleshoot, and repair all sizes of one ormore of the following: boilers, chillers, controls, VFD, VRF,chilled water systems Communicate with Dispatch to ensurecompletion of scheduled jobs Maintain preventative maintenanceschedules and procedures for customers Provide elite customerservice to every customer encountered Accountabilities Continuallearning and development in the body of knowledge through FirstCallAcademy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industryElite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be theFirstCall our customers make for their HVAC needs
