Posted June 11, 2025 Top ENR mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC service technician to join our Charlotte office. Key Respsonsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems on-site.
Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, and system modifications.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine repair scope and cost.
Start up new HVAC systems per manufacturer procedures and complete logs.
Install new HVAC equipment, coordinate with sub-trades, and ensure completion to spec.
Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and on-call work.
Complete work orders, warranty claims, and related documentation. Requirements Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems, including repair, maintenance, and installation.
Ability to read and follow scopes of work and manufacturer documentation.
Capable of sourcing materials and planning efficient execution of tasks.
Willingness to travel within NC/SC, with occasional overnight stays (
