Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician with experience in Commercial HVAC , Generator Rental , or Temporary Power Systems . This is a field-based role requiring strong diagnostic abilities, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor when working with commercial clients. Candidates with experience in at least one of the listed industries are encouraged to apply. This role offers consistent, long-term work in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. You will be joining a growing team focused on delivering reliable service and emergency response to critical infrastructure and commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, temporary power setups, and/or rental generators. Respond to service calls and emergency requests in a timely, professional manner. Install and commission temporary power equipment or HVAC units as needed. Inspect electrical, mechanical, and fuel systems for compliance and operational efficiency. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on commercial experience in one or more of the following: HVAC (commercial-grade systems) Generator Rental Services (installation, operation, or maintenance) Temporary Power Distribution (panels, cabling, load banks, etc.) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Willingness to work on-call rotations, overtime, or travel to job sites as required. DOT Physical Preferred Qualifications:
EPA certification (for HVAC techs) Electrical certifications or licensing a strong plus Familiarity with load banks, ATS systems, or high-capacity HVAC equipment OSHA 10 or 30 certification
