un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ HVAC Technician (Monroe to Salisbury) compensation: targeting $35-55/hr depending on difficulty and knowledge required, but by the project Hiring a HVAC technician with 3-5 years of experience. We target $35/hr for general handyman work and $55/hr for more specialized work requiring more knowledge, skill, or more difficult work, although trusted workers although you might earn more if you work efficiently while doing quality work. I would like to work with humble, professional people who know what they are doing and can think through a problem to figure out a good solution. Reliable transportation, tools, and smart phone with knowledge of how to use dropbox to upload photos is a requirement. Must be easy to work with but not a salesman. I need people that let their work talk for them but can communicate. No recreational drug users (we drug test). I have about 500 hours of work to source this month. Send me a DM if interested.
