Job Description
- Growing Active Senior Life Style community seeks experience candidates for the position of Maintenance Tch 1
- RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:
- 1.
Performs maintenance repairs on building and grounds equipment as needed 2. Assists with preventative maintenance (PM) programs on a scheduled basis 3. Follow up on elevators/HVAC systems/Fire Alarm system/plumbing and electical when required 4. Knowledge and maintenance of swimming pool(s) – exterior and interior 5. Trash removal in all collection areas on campus 6. On call availability 7. Knowledge of fire and safety procedures 8. Maintain excellent customer service and attentive to residents 9. Accept duties as assigned and can work with minimal supervision 10. Performs unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested. 11. Performs generator testing and routine maintenance as scheduled/needed. 12. Exhibit efficient computer skills

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Mechanical/Mainenance experience – 2 year mimimum Tech training in mechanics/electrical/pluming/HVAC desired

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- (Preferred qualifications) High School graduate or equivalent. Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
