This entry-level position provides the foundation for building your skills and growing within our installation team. Below are the key responsibilities and expectations of the position: HVAC Installation Support Assist senior technicians and project managers with installing residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and equipment placement. Perform basic installation tasks, such as securing equipment, setting up tools, and preparing the job site. Follow detailed instructions to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations. Customer Interaction Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with homeowners during installation projects. Answer basic customer questions or direct them to a senior technician or project manager as needed. Equipment and Tools Management Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are prepared and available for installation jobs. Clean and maintain tools, materials, and the service vehicle to ensure readiness for future projects. Compliance and Safety Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment. Learn and apply proper handling techniques for HVAC equipment and tools.
