In this role, you will be responsible for: Design and draw layouts with correct materials needed to install HVAC system in home. Assure jobs pass inspection according to area Inspections Dept. and Yellow Dot standards. Performs oversight on departmental installers, including quality check. Identify areas for personnel improvement, including training and safety. Develops plans and specifications for improvements in the efficiency and quality of heating and air-conditioning systems in area. Backup for field supervisors in other areas in their absence. Instill a mindset for team work among mechanics and helpers to attain department objectives. Attend weekly meetings with RNC manager as requested. Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work Customer Service Oriented Working knowledge of HVAC Systems Capable of learning new Energy specs and ways to install HVAC Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills Valid Drivers License with a minimum of three years driving experience
