Ammonia Facilities Technician:

Assist with operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems, checking for compliance within safety standards as related to the PSM program Perform inspections and maintenance regularly to uphold system integrity and to be proactive in avoiding leaks Help with the operation and minor maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems Assist with general building maintenance as needed for electrical, plumbing or structural components. Ammonia Facilities Technician:

3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the biotech or food manufacturing environement Expertise in ammonia refrigeration (NH3) systems, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance Ability to understand P&ID’s Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred OSHA 10 knowledge Awareness of GMP for the food industry preferred Ability to work flexible hours and shifts up to 12 hours CARO or CIRO or CRST (preferred but not required) Certified in ammonia refrigeration operator 1, RETA 1 Certified in ammonia refrigeration operator 2, RETA 2 preferred Compensation for the

Salary Range:

$33-$45/hr, depending on the location and years of experience
