Ammonia Facilities Technician :

3+ years of facilities maintenance experience, ideally in biotech or food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration (RETA 1 required, RETA 2 within 30 days), HVAC, and general building systems. Industrial electrical and basic PLC experience preferred. Willingness to join HAZMAT team and obtain lift operator certification (training provided). Familiarity with GMP standards and OSHA 10 (training provided). Strong problem-solving, computer skills, and ability to pass background, drug, and physical screening. Physical Requirements for the

Ammonia Facilities Technician:

Must pass a Pulmonary Function Test, Respiratory Fit Test, and physical exam. Requires mobility to navigate stairs, confined spaces, and uneven surfaces. Needs manual dexterity for tool use and intricate maintenance tasks. Must have physical endurance and strength to lift up to 50 lbs. and work long hours.

Compensation:

Salary Range :

$35-$45/hour
