Responsibilities:
+ Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum + Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility + Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth + Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback + Deliver lesson plans aligned with industry standards + Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices + Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness + Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers
Requirements:
+ 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience + High school diploma/GED + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to motivate and engage students + Passion for teaching and mentoring
