DescriptionSales Responsibilities:
build and maintain relationships withcurrent and prospective clients Implement relevant information intoProactively reach out on existing bids with contractors to winjobs/contracts Quotations Take consultative approaches to providingproduct selections to customers/prospects
EstimatingResponsibilities:
Review specifications for projects, blueprints,HVAC system requirements for accurate quotes/estimates Be able toprovide recommendations given a specific budget Develop andmaintain product knowledge and product pricing for up to dateconversations Profile Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering,or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of salesor estimating experience, preferably in HVAC, air filtration, or arelated industry. Strong technical aptitude with the ability toread blueprints and understand HVAC system requirements. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-managementskills.
