Job summary:

We are searching for a knowledgeable and professional service technician. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and also will strive to keep his skills and knowledge up to date with the industry’s changes. This position is responsible for diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Be able to maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units, and RTUs. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity. Travel to job sites in a radius of 30 miles from Edison, NJ and maintain your schedule as assigned. Assist customers in evaluating services Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

3+ years experience in residential service (HVAC) Experienced in Commercial & Residential Central A/C, Heating (gas), and Ventilation Respectful and clean self presentation Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations. Why join our team? Experience:

HVAC experience preferably 3+ years Technical Proficiency Field Experience Safety Compliance Technical Aptitude Required experience working with the following systems: Air Conditioners/ Heat pumps, Mini-splits, Furnaces, Hot Water/ Steam Boilers, Water Heaters, UV Lights, Commercial (RTUs and Refrigeration).

Preferred experience working with:

Oil based systems.

$30.00 – $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
