INSTALL A MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER
(HVAC GIG) (UNION BEACH) compensation: $30 per hour or a standard project total cost We have a 4000 sq. ft. building where there are three central air conditioners. For some reason, upstairs (about 700 sq. ft.) does not get as cold as downstairs. It might be due to the way duct work was laid out. All three thermostats are on the first floor. We have a portable air conditioner upstairs to cool down the room. Recently someone told us to get a mini split AC installed upstairs. We looked at Home Depot and they have units from about $600 to about $2000. Wanted to see if you are an experienced HVAC professional and willing to install as soon as possible (using your tools and equipment) and operate the unit for us. We can discuss a standard price or an hourly cost depending upon the time. We can place an order at Home Depot for unit to be delivered if you can tell us which one will work best for us.
