HVAC Refrigeration Technician Confidential Oak Ridge, NJ 07438 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems and HVAC/R equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and the ability to troubleshoot various issues in both commercial and residential settings. The Refrigeration Technician will play a critical role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of refrigeration units. Duties Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and HVAC/R equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functionality of equipment. Conduct repairs on appliances and other related equipment as needed. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure timely service delivery. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site. Qualifications Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to build and maintain various systems. Familiarity with property maintenance practices is preferred. Experience in equipment repair and appliance repair is advantageous. Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
