NJ Job Role:
Keep our properties’ heating, cooling, water-heating, and small boiler systems running smoothly through fast troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and occasional installs. Core Duties
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, A/C units, mini-splits, water heaters, and boilers.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance across all sites.
- Handle emergency HVAC calls
Must Have:
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience with Hvac systems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.
