HVAC Service Technician Position Available In Monroe, New York

What You’ll Do As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial spaces like offices, retail stores, and business facilities. You’ll work with blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems. Key Responsibilities Inspect, test, and maintain HVAC systems for peak performance. Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and replace faulty components. Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime. Ensure systems meet energy efficiency, safety, and environmental standards. Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of HVAC service experience (commercial or residential). OSHA 10 and EPA certifications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. You’ll manage your own schedule, traveling to job sites within a 30-mile radius of our Rochester HQ.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (½ hour lunch). On-call rotation every 5-6 weeks (with a $100 bonus per week).

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
