What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist mechanics and technicians on commercial HVAC systems Carry tools and materials, keep work areas organized and safe Learn to install and service rooftop units, heat pumps, pumps, boilers, and chillers Help with equipment startup, testing, and troubleshooting Use tablets and apps to document work performed

What We’re Looking For:

Basic mechanical skills and a strong interest in HVAC Punctual, respectful, and eager to learn Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a physical role Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 certification is a plus (we can help you get it)
