HVAC Technician, 1st shift Monday-Friday Position Available In Rensselaer, New York

Job Description:

We are currently looking to add an experienced HVAC Technicianto our growing team with a Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm shift. OurHVAC Technicians are responsible for start-up, normal operation,monitoring and shutdown of HVAC and equipment. We perform all tasksnecessary for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance,calibration, and repair work of all mechanical related systems. Asan HVAC Technician, a typical day might include the following:

Maintenance of coolers and freezers including Ultra Low temperatureFreezers Operation of Centrifugal and Reciprocating refrigerationchillers Maintenance of Chilled water systems includingdistribution and condenser pumps and Air Compressors Participatingin rotational on-call for site emergency work Preventivemaintenance and repair of industrial air handling systems Operationof facility-wide BAS system Conducting daily rounds on all HVACequipment This role might be for you if you: Follow current goodmanufacturing practices (cGMPs) and good business practices (G)Ensure safe and efficient hands-on maintenance of all plantmanufacturing equipment and related support equipment with strictadherence to SOPs, cGMPs, GDPs and quality standards Communicateand coordinate with each department and within FacilitiesManagement when planned and unplanned work events occur Coordinatewith outside contractors/vendors to perform scheduled and/ornon-scheduled Preventative Maintenance or general work Have a solidunderstanding of industrial HVAC systems including maintenance ofindustrial Air Handler Units Are EPA certified for refrigerationgases Have the ability to become fully gown qualified to work inproduction areas To be considered for the HVAC Technician youideally should have an AAS and the following minimum experience inAC, Heating, Chilled Water Systems, Building Automation Controls,and Maintenance for each level. Electronic, PLC, mechanical andbuilding automation systems experience in pharmaceutical industryis preferred. We may substitute relevant work experience in lieu ofeducation.

HVAC Technician II:

AAS with 2 years of relevantexperience

HVAC Technician III:
