HVAC Installer Grace mechanical Services Inc 74 Mahogany Road, Rocky Point, NY 11778 Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in various environments, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications. Duties Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to assess HVAC needs and provide solutions. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve problems efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations, maintenance tips, and any necessary follow-up services. Requirements Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field service role. Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems. Ability to build rapport with clients while providing exceptional service. Familiarity with plumbing and electrical components associated with HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
