• Oversee installation crew members and independent contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards Job Site Audits
• Conduct work site visits to inspect installations, audit processes, and verify that all work complies with safety regulations and building codes Project Management
• Monitor the use of materials, labor, and resources to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion Customer Relations
• Work directly with clients to address and resolve installation issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships Scheduling & Coordination
• Plan and organize daily work schedules for installation teams, ensuring jobs are completed on time and without unnecessary delays Technical Expertise
• Ensure proper installation of residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems System Startups & Quality Control
• Oversee system startups to ensure proper operation, troubleshoot issues, and confirm system performance meets company standards Compliance & Safety
• Ensure all installations adhere to national electrical and HVAC codes, as well as state and local building regulations Documentation
• Complete and review required paperwork for each job, including project details, system specifications, and compliance reports Software & Tracking
• Utilize Service Titan or similar trade software to track installations, monitor job progress, and maintain accurate service records Qualifications Experience
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role Certification
• HVAC certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred Leadership Skills
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and oversee multiple projects at once Customer Service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and resolve concerns effectively Project Management
• Strong organizational skills to track materials, labor, and timelines for multiple jobs Technical Knowledge
• Deep understanding of HVAC installation processes, troubleshooting techniques, and system performance optimization Driver’s License
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Software Skills
