Six Star Heating and Cooling is currently looking for a Commercial HVAC installer to join our commercial/remodeling division, someone with commercial installation and sheet metal experience. This position is responsible for supervising and providing a variety of advanced level work related to the installation of HVAC systems in commercial properties and multi housing units.

Requirements include:

Must be versatile enough to work with the below items while leading a crew: Gas piping in residential homes (new construction & existing homes) and in Commercial applications Ductwork of all types and sizes (round, spiral, rectangular, dampers, linear grills, mounting boxes, tie in work) Lay out, fabricate when necessary, read prints and drawings, hang, install, finish work Roof curbs and drops Proficient in the installation of roof top units, exhaust systems, make-up air systems, mini splits, boilers, residential furnaces and AC’s Including all necessary items to complete installation – refrigerant piping, condensate drains, low voltage MUST be willing to work hands on and supervise a crew Capable of looking ahead and creating a material and work force plan Responsible for developing and training new team members Ability to give clear instructions and guidance, as needed. Log work that is accomplished Meet with inspections Interact with building personnel Maintain project labor hours within job schedule deadlines and request change orders as needed. Assist with the bidding process for commercial projects 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or other related industry/trade Ensure all safety policies and quality standards are followed Join our Six Star Heating and Cooling team and help us make a difference for our customers!

$28.00 – $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
