PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

We are seeking a skilledHVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Philadelphia/NewJersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing,maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning,and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strongunderstanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills,and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

PRIMARYDUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Install, maintain, and repairHVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units,heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnoseand troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems toensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenanceand inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliancewith safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints,technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout andinstallation requirements.
• Collaborate with other teammembers and contractors to complete projects efficiently andeffectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed,including service reports and inventory management.
• Stayup to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practicesto provide high-quality service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigerationmaintenance and repair.
• EPA certification for handlingrefrigerants.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigerationsystems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Validdriver’s license and reliable transportation.
