Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and hydronic equipment. Conduct diagnostics and repair work on a variety of HVAC issues with precision and professionalism. Collaborate with homeowners to explain issues, present solutions, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Maintain accurate service records, follow job schedules, and manage tools and parts effectively. Ensure work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures. Participate in continued training and mentorship as needed to grow in both installation and service skills. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience in both installation and service. EPA 608 certification is required. High school diploma or GED. Strong technical and mechanical abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
