As a member of the Martin’s family, The HVAC Technician III is responsible for installing and repairing drain lines and plumbing fixtures. Also this individual works with refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Technician I openly gives and receives truthful feedback, shares helpful knowledge with teammates, goes the extra mile, and represents Martin’s by being an ambassador of superior quality and service.

- Qualifications

- Education and/or Experience
- :• High School Diploma or GED;• Zero to two years of air conditioning and commercial refrigeration service;• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to attend Ammonia Operator I & II classes.
- Language Skills
- :
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Skills
- :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability
- :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- :• EPA Universal Refrigerant Usage Certification required.
- Efficient with Solder using 95/5
- Efficient with Industrial Power Tools
- Efficient with Silver Soldering
