This role involves leading a team oftechnicians, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality servicedelivery to clients in the DFW market.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate will service clients in the DFW market

Installation andMaintenance :

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, includingheating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.

Troubleshooting and Repair :

Diagnose and resolve issues with HVACsystems efficiently.

Customer Service :

Maintain strongrelationships with clients by addressing their concerns andproviding excellent service.

Compliance :

Ensure all work complieswith local building codes and safety regulations.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities.

Qualifications:

Experience :

Minimum of 5-7 years of commercialexperience in Commercial HVAC experience.

Education :

High schooldiploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systemspreferred.

Certifications :

Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPAcertification) are highly desirable.

Skills :

Strongtroubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using HVAC software.

PhysicalRequirements :

Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confinedspaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Proficiency in installing,maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.

Troubleshooting :
