We’re awell-established mechanical contracting company seeking anexperienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dedicated team. Ifyou have at least 5 years of hands-on, Journeyman-level HVACexperience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for problem-solving,we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventivemaintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC and refrigeration issues
- Service HVAC controls and equipment across a variety of majorbrands
- Execute repairs and part replacements efficiently andaccurately
- Work with residential units occasionally in smallercommercial buildings
- Perform system testing to ensure optimaloperation
- Communicate clearly with clients about service needsand solutions
- Document all maintenance and repair activitiesusing digital tools
- Stay current on new technologies and bestpractices in the HVAC industry
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5years of HVAC service experience at the Journeyman level
- Refrigeration certification (required)
- Strong understanding ofHVAC systems, including hydronic, airside, and refrigerationsystems
- Ability to navigate HVAC control systems and makeadjustments via console (note: we do not install control systems)
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortableworking independently and interacting directly with customers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient withiPads, laptops, and service software
- Valid driver’s license witha clean driving record
