HVAC Installation Technician Job Description Join a leading HVAC company as an HVAC Installation Technician, where you will be responsible for installing and servicing commercial HVAC systems. This 3-month contract-to-hire role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role primarily involves installation tasks with some service elements, ensuring high-quality HVAC solutions for commercial clients. Responsibilities Install HVAC equipment in commercial buildings, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor and outdoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient and effective operation. Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including refrigerants, compressors, and other components. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and repairs to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Guide and train HVAC installer helpers to develop their skills. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $32.00/hr.
