We’re currently hiring a Service Technician and a Lead Installer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. Service Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform thorough preventative maintenance Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Accurately document work performed Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Lead Installer Responsibilities:

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Manage installation crews and ensure work meets code and company standards Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Keep job sites clean and organized•Requirements for

Both Roles:

Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience EPA Certification required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong communication and leadership skills Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various conditions•
