Job Description
HVAC Service Technician Alpha Air Heating and Air Cooling Charleston, SC Alpha Air Heating and Cooling is a Family owned and operated business that serves the Greater Charlotte NC, Columbia SC, and Low Country of South Carolina. We are seeking a self starting, motivated, full time HVAC Area Manager to join our team. The Area Manager should have experience delivering the desired costumer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction that maximizes customer retention.
Primary Job Responsibilities include:
Build a team to handle all service calls and installations. Manage all onsite repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document processes. Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems. Follow all Company field procedures and protocols. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Primary Job Requirements:
Proven field service experience. EPA Certification.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical HVAC equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
