Position Summary – HVAC Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Tech, you’ll be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of residential HVAC systems. You’ll travel to job sites, provide excellent customer service, and work with a team that values integrity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems Diagnose issues using test equipment and hand tools Work with dispatch to stay on schedule and communicate delays Participate in an emergency rotation for night/weekend calls Maintain company vehicle and stock Document all service visits accurately (equipment, parts used, photos) Educate customers on findings and solutions Attend training sessions to stay current with industry trends
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in HVAC Technical/trade school certification preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean record Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to lift up to 80 lbs., climb, crawl, and work in tight spaces
