Compensation:
$36.00 per hour The main function of a Facilities Technician is to provide generalmaintenance support for the assigned buildings.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the facility to ensure that it remainssafe, secure, and well-maintained. Maintaining HVAC systems, cleaning coils, vent cleanings. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbingsystems, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials,as requested.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. 8 years HVAC maintenance experience required Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs,uses, repair, and maintenance. Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solvingskills.
Preferred Qualifications:
HVAC license. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as NewJourney/Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
