HVAC Tech Position Available In Bradley, Tennessee

We are looking to add a skilled Certified HVAC Technician to our team who is passionate about the craft and can provide excellent service while utilizing their own tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation systems) in residential and commercial properties. Perform routine maintenance , inspections, and diagnostics to ensure system efficiency and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes during installations and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues and offering professional advice. Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work orders are properly documented. Ensure that tools and equipment are in good working condition, keeping them organized and ready for use.

Qualifications:

Certified HVAC Technician with a valid certification (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. Must provide your own tools for performing HVAC tasks. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
