Responsibilities:
Responsibilities as outlined below and additional duties as required/assigned by the Service Manager Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for both commercial and residential customers, diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems
Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck.
Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
Be accurate and timely with all paperwork Required Skills/Abilities Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Ability to relay information to clients in layman’s terms
