Position Overview
As a Lead Service Technician for Commercial HVAC, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial settings. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to lead a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Must be a Commercial HVAC Technician that has worked for major contractors looking to grow with a 600 million dollar company!

Key Responsibilities Lead a team of service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the installation of building automation systems and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Manage ductwork installation and repair for commercial HVAC systems

• splits and roofs.

Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with service managers to assess job requirements and allocate resources effectively.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
OSHA 10 preferred, EPA certified. Valid driver’s license. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems as they relate to HVAC.
Experience with building automation systems and preventive maintenance practices.
Familiarity with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.
Experience with ductwork design and installation.
Ability to work independently and lead a team of technicians effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC preferred. Benefits Hourly pay
