Job SummaryWe seek anexperienced and detail-oriented Senior Commercial HVAC Technicianwith advanced commercial system design, installation, and ductworkfabrication expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strongtechnical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly in newconstruction and retrofit projects, and be capable of diagnosingand repairing complex equipment such as chillers, cooling towers,Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Variable Frequency Drives(VFDs).Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Commercial HVAC Technicianleads the design and installation of HVAC systems, includinglayout, duct routing, and equipment placement, for commercialfacilities.
Perform custom ductwork fabrication and ensure properintegration with HVAC components.
Diagnose and troubleshootperformance issues in existing HVAC systems.
Install, service, andmaintain complex commercial equipment such as chillers, watertowers, BAS platforms, and VFDs.
Collaborate with engineers, projectmanagers, and team members to deliver high-quality installation andservice outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of installationplans, materials, and maintenance records.
Follow all safetyprotocols and ensure compliance with relevant codes andregulations.

Proven expertise in ductwork fabrication, layout, andassembly for large-scale systems.
Deep understanding of commercialHVAC installation standards and best practices.
Experience withchillers, water towers, BAS, and VFDs.
Excellent mechanical anddiagnostic skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
EPAcertification is required; additional licenses or certifications(e.g., Sheet Metal, NATE) are preferred.
Ability to read andinterpret blueprints, schematics, and technicaldrawings.
Comfortable using smartphones and computers fortimesheets, work orders, and records.
Must pass fingerprintbackground checks for school campus access.
Valid driver’s licensewith a clean driving record (TN insurable).Authorized to work inthe United States.
Able to work on smoke-free campuses.
