Salary:

$80,000 – $105,000 per year A bit about us: We area leading BAS and HVAC control provider for commercial andresidential buildings throughout the greater Tennessee area. We arelooking for a Senior HVAC Controls Technician with at least 7 yearsof experience and expertise in Niagara N4, graphical programming,and major building automation systems like Johnson, Trane, orDistech. The role involves implementing, maintaining, andtroubleshooting advanced HVAC control systems, mentoring juniortechnicians, and collaborating with project managers and clients tooptimize system performance and energy efficiency. MUSTHAVE

5 years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVACcontrols experience Strong Tridium Niagara programming and platformexperience Familiarity with one or more of the following

BASsystems:

Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, DeltaControls, Distech, Honeywell, KMC, or other

NICE TO HAVE

Distech,Trane, or JCI experience Tridium Niagara N4 certification
