What You’ll Do You’ll be the hands and heart of our installation operations, ensuring each HVAC system is installed efficiently, accurately, and with a white-glove customer experience.

You will:

• Execute flawless HVAC installations in collaboration with the install manager, warehouse team, and apprentices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by establishing rapport, showing empathy, and creating 5-star moments.
• Lead from the front by training apprentices and fostering a culture of professionalism, preparedness, and pride.
• Own the install process from job staging and walkthrough to documentation, payment collection, and follow-up.
• Represent the brand with cleanliness, courtesy, and clear communication — every truck, every tool, every time.
• Drive operational excellence through accurate timecards, thorough option sheets, and by closing the loop on every detail.

Your role includes:

• Prepping mentally and physically (5-5-20 Perfect Morning ritual)
• Conducting comprehensive customer walk-throughs and expectation setting
• Using checklists to ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and completion
• Capturing customer feedback and referrals, and prompting online reviews
• Documenting follow-ups, capturing happy customer moments, and sending thank-you notes What You Bring to the Table
• EPA Certification with deep knowledge of installation and venting codes
• Proven technical expertise in heating and cooling systems
• able to draw simple diagrams and interpret blueprints
• A clean, safe driving record and an eye for detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written: with a genuine interest in people
