Job Description:

As the

HVAC/MEP

Superintendent, your primary responsibilitieswill be to assist to ensure that the project is completed withinthe established time parameters. This includes assisting indeveloping and regularly updating project schedules and allassociated project reporting, effective management and leadershipof all on-site tradesmen. Effective communication is requiredwithin the project team. You will be responsible for promoting andenforcing a safe work environment and safe work practices for alltrade contractors and the overall construction site.

Details/Summary Experienced individuals to supervise the day to dayoperations of installing commercial HVAC systems and equipment forvarious types of commercial projects. Superintendents attend weeklyconstruction meetings with general contractors, communicatedirectly with project managers, work through problems as part of ateam and attending weekly meetings. Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience HVAC Geothermal ExperienceStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude Must be proficient incommercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, andelectric Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptionalresults Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
