- What’s the Job?
- + Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities.
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment. + Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. + Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Utilize CMMS systems for work order management and submit daily reports.
- What’s Needed?
- + Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R. + Type II EPA Certification and a valid state driver’s license. + Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair. + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. + Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical conditions.
